We examine a lower bound for the slow volume growth in the component of the fibered Dehn twist by means of the wrapped Floer cohomology which is the version of the Lagrangian Floer cohomology for non-compact manifolds. We apply this result to various examples such as the complement of a symplectic hypersurface in a real symplectic manifold. This is ongoing work with Myeonggi Kwon and Junyoung Lee.
